With a warm and welcoming style, this modern hotel is well located in the famous Gran Vía of Madrid, close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de España.

Very helpful man at front desk helped us choose & organise a day trip. Decoration of the room was fun and well designed. Location was good - 3 minutes to Plaza Espania. Sort walk to either of 2 metro stations. And the all-important air conditioning worked well!

The lounge/bar seemed to close quite early.

Good location. Bathrooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and spoke english.

The bathtub drain did not work and they were not able to repair it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice decorating.

Small rooms. Dark restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast itself was very poor. Almost no people and still there was almost nothing left. Small and dark reception area (while you think it's big because of the pictures on the website). Airco in room sucks, no way of controlling it.

The Hotel is in a good location, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and value for money apart from breakfast (which is a little pricey at 17 euros).

The cleaning could be a little thorough....

The roof top was brill and the rooms were very nice

The staff and service was unfriendly there was one day where they
refused to put the cushions out on the roof top as they said they had no
staff I wasnt amused at that when you are on a 3 day stay and the
weather is good.the roof top was the reason I stayed at this particular
hotel.the mini bar was never refilled so you did lose on lost revenue .

Conveniently located, clean, staff helpful.

The near gothic ultramodern room decor needs some get use to. Light
switches are difficult to control, hard to turn on (or leave on) one
light without turning all lights on.
