Excellent location and we had a great room that overlooked a beautiful garden and fountain.

The room was a little noisy, but the outlook was worth it.

The room was better than expected after our previous nights in other
cities. Large room, with very large bathroom, good air conditioning -
kept room cool. Also, the overall hotel was nicer than our previous ones
- very nice overall set up, had a pool, decent facilities. The hotel
entrance should be better marked. We waited for over 5 minutes ringing a
bell marked 'reception' and nobody answere

The hotel was difficult to find and the directions were incorrect - they
should edit the instructions so future people won't get lost as well.
The streets were very difficult to navigate with a car since they were
so narrow and the poor directions caused a bit of stress. The hotel
entrance should be better marked.

The hotel was fabulous, interesting and we stayed for an extra 2 nights. We could easily stay another 2 weeks.The staff was most helpful. We shall be back!

The Hotel far exceeded the expectations we had, the website information did not really do it justice. the staff were incredible, the hotel just beautiful.....if the website gave more pictures of the incredible forecourts within the hotel walls......thwy would certainly be at full capacity quickley. Well done.

The Hotel entrance is almost invisible and every person we spoke to, including ourselves had great difficulty locating the hotel. Indeed most people arrive via the back entrance down the back alley. I believe a flag or prominent sign would hugely benefit everyone, trying to locate the hotel from the main road.
