Situated in a delightful area of Seville, in the picturesque and authentic Barrio de Santa Cruz, the hotel is an attractive, converted manor house dating back to the 16th century.

The Barrio de Santa Cruz is a charming area of the city with narrow, cobbled streets dotted with orange tree-lines plazas and centrally located within walking distance of many of the major attractions, such as the cathedral and the Alcazar.

The hotel has a pleasing traditional patio-courtyard, onto which many of the rooms look out and where you can sit out and enjoy the peaceful ambience. There is also a popular restaurant that serves traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine.

It is very comfort and cleanliness. Also, the hotel staff is very kind
for all of kind asking.

For the first visitor, it is difficult to find the hotel at once.
However I knew that the hotel location is very close to the sightseeing.

We loved the peace and quite over looking the courtyard.

We were moved to a junior suiite due to an air conditioning problem.
Although we had a bigger room at no extra cost we did not appreciate the
position in the hotel as it was noisy. We prefered the superior double
we had origninally.

Position of Hotel and the friendly courteous staff

My only issue would be the selection of hot foods for breakfast that
were invariably cold.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Very good location, yet very quiet rooms

Liked everything about the hotel, but maybe could be pointed out in the directions that it is in a pedestrian zone and not directly accessible by car.

Charming Hotel and absolutely fantastic staff. The restaurant in the
hotel is very good and the location cannot be beat. Surprisingly, the
air conditioning was excellent as well. The peace and quiet and quaint
surroundings of the hotel, along with the great location made this trip
one of the best short trips I've had in all of europe!

location is very close to view points, lots of restaurant around there ... convenient.

quite difficult to locate the hotel in 1st time, feeling messy fm many small streets.

Location was excellent - right in the heart of things. Lovely hotel
decor. Staff very helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast and great
coffee!! Nice clean comfortable room.

The hotel is very nice, with a typical courtyard inside. We enjoyed breakfasts as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the area Santa Cruz.

A bit overpriced. Taxis are not able to arrive right to the hotel. Need to walk with luggages few meteres to pick up a taxi.

The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was lovely with a relaxing positive decoration-the day's menu at the hotel's restaurant was quite tasty at a low price!In general when i go back to Seville certainly i'll choose to stay at that hotel!I loved it!

Great central location. Very pleasant. Research carefully how to arrive because the streets around the hotel are just narrow walkways not roads and we found parking not easy (did find free on-street 10mins away eventually).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was good experience for first time
traveler in seville -- good location close to all attractions.

Staff could not charge my credit card at time of checkout and I was
limited to paying cash. A bit difficult to find... Call ahead for
directions or drop off point if taking a taxi.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

What sounded like a pump going on and off for 5seconds happened every
5minutes early in the morning. Just as your going back asleep it came on
again. Very annoying.
