Location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and rooms, free internet, very good location in the center (opposite to "El Corte Ingles"). Good price. A bit old fashioned, 1970's style, not sophisticated enough for a modern hotel, but still quite fine. |

Very nice staff,both in the reception and elsewhere. Nice room, good breakfast, free internet. Very good location. The door to the room was thin...noises from other guests in the corridor. |

localisation! between the town centre and Plaza Hercula (great place to spend the evening, not many tourist) The bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat had the plastic "sterile" just placed on it and not AROUND it. I lifted the toilet seat and I saw urine drops from a previous occupant!! |

AC, nice, and clean!!! We enjoyed having a mini fridge as well. Wished it was closer to main tourists sites. It was a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral although the walk was through the shopping district so I didn't totally mind the walk! |

This hotel is located in the centre of Seville We found the staff not welcoming, unapproachable, and not particularly cheerful. The area around the hotel is very noisy and we did not sleep very well at all as the department store opposite takes deliveries in the early morning and this is carried out as if it is midday. |

Location was excellent on Plaza opposite main Corte Ingles department store with good nearby tapas bars and cafes. Easy walking distance to main attractions.. Rooms big and airy. Superb powerful showers. Free wireless internet in room. The listed tv programmes were not all available. No safe in room. |
