Room was comfortable and convient to local sites. Breakast was good for what american taste require.

Dinner menu needs to have english version if you expect restaurant to get customers.

How central the hotel was.

Very, very basic. Room given was like an apartment next door to the hotel and while large, was very basic. Definitely wouldn't consider it a 4* by any stretch of the imagination. However, it was kept very clean during our stay. I could have booked an apartment, but that wasn't what I had been looking for.

The good location, the staff was very helpful and professional. It was good to have some basic access to internet without having to pay

Lack of hot water (for tea and coffee) service in the room. Price of breakfast.

Location is perfect - close to metro, shopping, great dining - Placa Catalunya and Casa Batllo just blocks away. Was quiet, beds comfy, very clean.

There are no windows in the dining area.

location was perfect. the availability of computers and the use of internet.

altho' i liked my room i had one without a view. there was a window just for fresh air. had to pay for the use of the safebox in my room. not much but still...
