The people were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A great team. As the shower screen is not a fixed screen. For us oldies, we would have felt safer if there was a grab rail attached to assist getting in and out of the bath/shower. |

Great location, quiet but a few seconds walk from the Cathedral Not quite as luxurious as the price might suggest. A little mistake by the reception staff led us to believe that breakfast was served until 11 am the following morning and having been kept awake for several hours by very noisy guests in a nearby room, we arrived for breakfast at 10.45 only to be told that it was finished- all was well in the end, although we didn't think much of the breakfast. |
