it was in a central location. i did not appreciate the fact that first we had to go and pick up the keys than head toward the apartment. Moreover, the desitination on the website was incorrect. The desitination from the Ramblas was that of their offices and not of the apartment |

(a) Location in the city, just 5 minutes away from Sants. Although requiring travel by public transport to get to places, the location makes it a very short journey each time. (b) The amenities - washing machine, wireless internet, DVD player. (c) Security - lockable front door of the building. (d) Very spacious. (a) It's too far to get anywhere by foot, and the traffic creates constant noise at night. (b) The mattresses were so soft that when I leaned with my knee on the bed, it almost got stuck between the slats. (c) Staff don't reply to emails sent a week before arrival. (d) Water heater capacity not enough for 2 people to shower in succession. |

Excellent apartment, enormous balcony (almost the size of a football field:). All possible devices and equipment we needed were presented. The guidance leaflet in the apartment says that the lagguage can be left at Estació de França after checking out, but in fact the only place which can be used for luggage storage is Estacio Sants. |

the apartment was a delight and when myself and our baby were ill overnight the staff extended our check out time without question. we can,t thank them enough. |

The apartment was on the diagonal, about 20min walk to the main placa de catalunya square. Very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. All necessary appliances in kitchen. It also had its own spacious patio but this did not get any direct sunlight, but this didn't matter. Only issue, was not with the apartment, but the neighbours. Quite a noisy lot at night so earplugs advised!! |

Separate bedrooms, space The noise from the adjoining apartment was excessive. However we did not complain. Also the shower was very weak in power and basic. |
